Louise Nicolle
Louise Nicolle is an Associate at La Boétie, where she focuses on French and international tax law.
She regularly advises on transactional tax matters, assisting companies and their executives in connection with both domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.
Louise also advises clients on private wealth taxation, particularly including where international tax issues are involved. She also assists clients in the context of tax audits and litigation.
Before joining La Boétie in June 2026, Louise practised for four years at Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin.
