Morgan Anfray

Morgan Anfray is a Partner at La Boétie, where he focuses on French and international taxation.

He advises French and international companies, executives and investors, with particular expertise in:

  • Transactional tax, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions;
  • Corporate tax, regularly advising on corporate reorganisations (including mergers and business transfers), as well as cross-border transactions. A significant part of his practice is also dedicated to assisting clients with tax audits; A significant part of his practice is also dedicated to assisting clients with tax audits;
  • Executive and management taxation, particularly in relation to the review and implementation of employee share and management incentive schemes.

Before co-founding La Boétie, Morgan practised for nearly ten years at Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin. He was also seconded for several months to a law firm in New York.
