Romain Pichot
Romain Pichot is a Partner at La Boétie focusing on French and international tax law.
He advises large corporations, entrepreneurs, their groups, their shareholders and their families on all aspects of French and international taxation, including strategic transactions (acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, internal reorganisations and other transformative projects), day-to-day tax matters and tax controversy.
Romain has developed recognised sector-specific expertise in insurance, financial services (banking, asset management and payments), real estate, energy and innovation.
Before co-founding La Boétie, Romain was a partner at Courtois Lebel and subsequently at Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin. Earlier in his career, he practised at Allen & Overy and spent more than ten years in the tax departments of leading banking institutions, including Paribas, BNP Paribas and Natixis.
